Instead, we quote your actual configuration. You receive a written quotation that states what is included, what is excluded, the minimum quantity, the lead time and the delivery term — so the number you compare is the number you get.

What is agreed before production starts
Every written quotation states the product and specification reference, the quantity basis, the validity period (30 days unless stated otherwise), the minimum order quantity, the indicative lead time, the Incoterm and named place, and what is included or excluded. Tooling, certification, packaging artwork and third-party testing are itemised separately where they apply.
Minimum order quantities are set by the production process rather than by policy: a progressive die needs a run long enough to justify its build cost, and an SMT line loses efficiency on very short runs once set-up and feeder loading are counted. Where a larger quantity improves the unit terms, the quantity blocks are stated in the quotation so you can decide how to schedule. Terms for a twelve-month supply agreement are fixed for the period of the agreement.
Non-recurring engineering and tooling costs (dies, moulds, fixtures, test jigs) are quoted separately and shown individually on the quotation. Where you pay for tooling, the ownership and any buy-back or transfer arrangement is documented in writing. Sampling is charged at sample quantity unless the order reaches a level at which the sample cost is credited.
Standard terms are T/T 30 % deposit with 70 % before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight, D/P and escrow-style milestone payments on larger projects. First orders and sample orders are normally settled in full before dispatch. Invoices are issued in USD, EUR or CNY. Terms are subject to credit assessment and are confirmed on the order confirmation. See Shipping & Payment.
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CIP, DAP and DDP under Incoterms 2020. The term and the named place are written on the quotation, and the mode of transport is confirmed on the order confirmation. Freight, insurance, duties and destination charges are included only where the agreed term provides for them.
Orders can be inspected before shipment to AQL 1.0 – 4.0 with a photographic report issued before the balance payment falls due. Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise agreed in writing. Claims are acknowledged within two business days and resolved by replacement, credit or repair as agreed.
