What registration confirms - and what it does not
Registration confirms that the company exists, that it is in good standing and who its officers are. It does not certify product quality, financial strength or compliance with any product directive. Verification of a company and verification of a product are separate exercises: the first is answered by the registry, and the second by the inspection reports, declarations and test certificates described on the quality and compliance page.

Questions buyers ask about our paperwork
Most document requests come from four places: a purchasing department starting a supplier file, a bank opening an account or a letter of credit, a tender panel, or a legal team preparing an NDA. These answers cover the points they usually raise.
If you need a document that is not listed, ask. Where we cannot issue something ourselves, we will say so plainly rather than send a substitute.
Yes, and we prefer to. We will sign your template, or send ours if you do not have one. The NDA is signed by the director, covers drawings, bills of material, tooling information, prices and customer names, and remains in force after the enquiry ends. Design files are then released only to the specific manufacturing partner that has to make the part, under a separate confidentiality undertaking, and never to a supplier that competes with you.
Company documents are issued in Hong Kong: the Certificate of Incorporation and company particulars come from the Companies Registry, and the Business Registration Certificate from the Inland Revenue Department. Commercial documents - quotations, order confirmations, invoices, packing lists and shipping instructions - are issued by Vemlora Limited from our Kwai Chung registered office. Product compliance documents are issued by the manufacturing partner and reviewed, checked against the goods shipped and retained by us.
Yes. For tenders, bank account opening, KYC review and supplier onboarding we supply a document pack containing certified copies of the Certificate of Incorporation, the Business Registration Certificate, the company particulars filing and the Articles of Association, together with a bank reference letter, a signed company profile and a covering letter on company letterhead. Tell us the format the bank or panel requires and we will complete their forms rather than send a generic bundle.
Registering a company name in Hong Kong allows the company to exist and to be identified; it does not create a trademark. A trademark is a separate intellectual property right that must be applied for and granted in each market where protection is wanted, through the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the United States Patent and Trademark Office or another registry. Company registration is therefore not evidence of brand ownership, and if a project depends on a mark we will raise the point before tooling or packaging is committed.
No. Vemlora Limited holds no product certification and no ISO certificate in its own name, and we do not describe ourselves as certified. Where a certification is relevant it is a supplier-level or product-level certification: the factory holds ISO 9001, the product carries CE, UKCA, FCC or UL approval, or the component is qualified to AEC-Q100. Every such document is issued for the specific product by the party that holds it, and we are happy to have any of it verified with the issuing body.
